Develop and manage documentation/SOPs for the team
Proactively report and resolve technical issues with an eye for scalable solutions
Develop innovative solutions to challenging problems / real time problems
Manage operations / projects in collaboration with cross functional teams to provide our customers with a great experience every day
Learn and implement new technical solutions to general problems / approaches
Communicate and collaborate effectively cross functionally to launch new projects, manage errors and issues swiftly, and keep the trains running smoothly
More importantly, develop others, your mentorship is a key for the efficient outcomes

Minimum 7+ years of professional experience as technical development lead / technical project manager
Minimum 5 years worked as a software developer / coder in any one of your career maps (must have) preferably in PHP / CMS / JS technology
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings (Scrum expert is a plus) to determine Sprint progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Research and evaluate server and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department
Create and setup innovative processes to improve production efficiencies

PHP, Laravel, MySQL, API, WordPress, Magento, Angular – any of these require your contributions
Deep experience with one or more performance tracking tools like New Relic.
Familiarity with latest task and project management tools
Preferred add-on knowledge in Travel, Real estate, Finance domains
